Sure-Board® Series 200 for Steel Framing is a steel sheet and gypsum board composite product that is installed on cold formed steel interior walls. Sure-Board® is ITS approved for 1 and 2 hour constructed assemblies under ASTM E-119.

Product Composition
22 gage (.027 inches) galvanized sheet steel per ASTM A 653 CS laminated to any approved Panel Product with ASTM classifications: C1396, C1177, C1278, C1178/C1355 and many others.

1 Hour/2 Hour Fire Rating:
Aqua-Tough®, Fiberock®, Durock®, PermaBase®, Humitek®, MgO Board™, HardieBacker®, DensGlass Gold®, GlasRoc®, Gyp Sheathing.

Sure-Board® is available in the following standard configurations:

• 4 ’x 8’, 4’x 9’ and 4’x 10’ standard lengths
• 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” Gypsum board thickness
